Newsletter Subscriptions

We use Wix Shoutout to send our newsletters and marketing materials. Wix.com is based in the United States, participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Wix.com will retain your IP address and all data included in your contact form messages in log files on their server. Your data is retained only for the purposes of delivering the email and providing us with information should there be a problem with the delivery. We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you make payments or conduct transactions through the Vichara Partners website, Stripe receives your transaction information. Stripe uses the personal data you provided to process online payment transactions you've initiated and to confirm your identity. The information that Stripe collects includes payment method information (such as credit or debit card number, expiration date and security code), purchase amount, and date of purchase. When you make a transaction, Stripe may also receive your name, email, billing or shipping address and in some cases your transaction history to authenticate you. The information you enter into the Vichara Partners website is sent directly to Stripe through Wix Stores. At no time does Vichara Partners have access to your credit card information.
