Contact Form

When you contact us using our contact form, you will be voluntarily providing us with your personal information. The information you enter in the contact form is encrypted, as you can see from the padlock icon in the address bar of your browser, and is sent to us by email.

While we have implemented encryption to ensure secure transmission of your personal information, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, you are always welcome to contact us via alternative means, such as by telephone.

Newsletter Subscriptions

When you sign up for our newsletter, you will be provided with our latest thinking on best practices and tools that may enhance your sustainability implementation efforts as well as information on new products and services. To receive the newsletter, you must provide your personal information and your explicit consent.

 

We use Wix Shoutout to send our newsletters and marketing materials. Wix.com is based in the United States, participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Wix.com will retain your IP address and all data included in your contact form messages in log files on their server. Your data is retained only for the purposes of delivering the email and providing us with information should there be a problem with the delivery. It will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookie Script

When you click “I Understand!” on our cookie consent popup banner, a cookie called ‘cookiescriptaccept’ is set so that you will not be asked to reconfirm your acceptance for a period of time. We do not use cookies to gather personal data such as names or email addresses.

Payment Processing

We use Stripe as our payment processor. When you make payments or conduct transactions through the Vichara Partners website, Stripe receives your transaction information. Stripe uses the personal data you provided to process online payment transactions you've initiated and to confirm your identity. The information that Stripe collects includes payment method information (such as credit or debit card number, expiration date and security code), purchase amount, and date of purchase. When you make a transaction, Stripe may also receive your name, email, billing or shipping address and in some cases your transaction history to authenticate you. The information you enter into the Vichara Partners website is sent directly to Stripe through Wix Stores.
